The BZX84C10-7-F is a 10V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general-purpose voltage regulation and clamping applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 10V with ±6% tolerance and a maximum Zener impedance of 20Ω. The device can dissipate up to 350mW of power and operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
