The BZX79-C3V3,113 is a low-power voltage regulator diode from the BZX79 series, manufactured by NXP Semiconductors (now Nexperia). It has a nominal Zener voltage of 3.3V with ±5% tolerance, suitable for voltage stabilization and reference applications.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA, reverse leakage current of 5µA at 1V, and impedance (Zzt) of 95Ω maximum. The device can dissipate up to 400mW at ambient temperature 50°C (or 500mW at tie-point temperature ≤50°C) and withstand peak reverse power of 40W for 100µs square wave. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 200°C.
The diode is housed in a hermetically sealed leaded glass SOD27 (DO-35) package with axial leads, designed for through-hole mounting. It is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, with MSL level 1 unlimited.
