The BZX55C10 is a 10V Zener diode designed for voltage regulation and reference applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 10V with a range of 9.5V to 10.6V at 5mA test current, and a tolerance of ±5%. The device offers a maximum impedance of 15Ω at 5mA and a reverse leakage current of only 100nA at 7.5V.
With a maximum power dissipation of 500mW at lead temperatures up to 75°C, the BZX55C10 is suitable for low-power regulation circuits. It has a derating factor of 4.0mW/°C above 75°C. The operating and storage temperature range is -65°C to 200°C.
The diode is housed in a DO-35 glass through-hole package with axial leads, making it easy to mount on PCBs or in sockets. The cathode is identified by a color band. The maximum Zener current (IZM) is 40mA for continuous operation.
