The BZX384B6V2-E3-08 is a 6.2V Zener diode from the Vishay BZX384 series, designed for general-purpose voltage regulation and protection in low-power circuits. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 6.2V with a ±2% tolerance, a maximum power dissipation of 200mW, and a low maximum impedance of 10Ω. The reverse leakage current is limited to 3µA at 4V reverse voltage.
This diode is housed in a compact SOD-323 surface-mount package, ideal for space-constrained designs. It operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and has a storage temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. The thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 650 K/W when mounted on a fiberglass substrate.
The device is RoHS3 compliant and qualified to MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel, suitable for automated assembly.
