The Vishay BZX384B16-E3-08 is a small signal Zener diode from the BZX384 series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 16V with a tight ±2% tolerance, making it suitable for voltage regulation and reference applications. The diode has a maximum power dissipation of 200mW and a maximum dynamic resistance of 40Ω at the test current of 5mA. It offers a reverse leakage current of only 50nA at 11.2V.
