The BZW06-37B is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from STMicroelectronics. It is designed for overvoltage and ESD protection in general purpose applications. The device features a Zener technology with a stand-off voltage of 37V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W (10/1000 µs waveform).
The diode is housed in a through-hole DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial lead package, suitable for automated insertion. It operates over a temperature range of -50°C to +150°C and has a junction temperature range of -50°C to +175°C. Thermal resistance is 45 K/W junction-to-ambient and 15 K/W junction-to-lead.
