The BZW06-376BRL is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from STMicroelectronics' BZW06 series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients by clamping overvoltages to a safe level.
Key electrical specifications include a stand-off voltage of 376V, a breakdown voltage range of 342V (minimum), and a clamping voltage of 776V at 5.7A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The device can handle 600W peak pulse power (10/1000µs) with a typical capacitance of 175pF at 1MHz. Leakage current is 1µA maximum.
