The BZW06-376B is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from high voltage transients. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W (10/1000µs waveform) and features a working stand-off voltage of 376V with a nominal breakdown voltage of 462V at 1mA test current.
This TVS diode provides excellent clamping capability, with a maximum clamping voltage of 603V under 10/1000µs conditions and 776V under 8/20µs conditions. It can handle peak pulse currents of 0.7A (10/1000µs) and 5.7A (8/20µs). The device has a fast response time of typically less than 5.0ns for bidirectional configurations.
The BZW06-376B is packaged in a DO-204AC (DO-15) through-hole package with pure tin plated leads. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and has a steady state power dissipation of 1.7W. The device is halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 and is suitable for general purpose transient voltage protection applications.
The maximum working stand-off voltage (VWM) is 376V.
The nominal breakdown voltage (VBR) at 1mA test current is 462V.
The maximum clamping voltage is 603V under a 10/1000µs waveform and 776V under an 8/20µs waveform.
