It can handle peak pulse currents of 0.7A (10/1000µs) and 5.7A (8/20µs). The device has a fast response time of typically less than 5.0ns for bidirectional configurations.

It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and has a steady state power dissipation of 1.7W.
