The BZW06-33 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for overvoltage and ESD protection. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W (10/1000 µs waveform) and a peak pulse current of 57A (8/20 µs waveform). The standoff voltage is 33.3V, with a clamping voltage of 69.7V.
This device is suitable for general-purpose applications requiring protection against voltage transients. It features a single unidirectional channel and does not include power line protection. The capacitance is 900 pF at 1 MHz.
