The BZW06-15 is a 600W transient voltage suppressor diode from STMicroelectronics. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 15.3V and a clamping voltage of 32.5V at a peak pulse current of 123A (8/20µs). The device offers unidirectional protection in a through-hole DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial package. With a junction temperature range of -50°C to +175°C, it is suitable for general-purpose overvoltage and ESD protection.
