The BZW04-9V4B is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for overvoltage and ESD protection in general purpose applications. It features a standoff voltage of 9.4 V and a breakdown voltage of 15.6 V, providing a clamping response for transient events. The device is rated for 400 W peak pulse power (10/1000 µs waveform) and 25.7 A peak pulse current, with a steady state power dissipation of 1 W.
