The BZW04-376B from Taiwan Semiconductor is a 400W bidirectional Transil TVS diode designed for overvoltage protection. It features a stand-off voltage of 376V and a breakdown voltage of 418V (minimum). The clamping voltage is 603V at 670mA peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). The device offers a low clamping factor and fast response time, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from transient overvoltages. It is UL recognized. The diode is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial-lead through-hole package, suitable for PCB mounting. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C junction temperature. The device is bidirectional, providing protection in both polarities, and features a typical capacitance of 120pF.
The stand-off voltage (VRM) is 376V nominal.
The minimum breakdown voltage (VBR) is 418V.
The maximum clamping voltage (VCL) is 603V at 670mA peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform).
The maximum peak pulse current (IPP) is 670mA (0.67A) for a 10/1000µs waveform.
The BZW04-376B is available in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial-lead through-hole package.
The junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
The maximum leakage current at stand-off voltage is 1µA.
