The BZW04-376B is a bidirectional Transil TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a stand-off voltage of 376V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 418V, clamping transient overvoltages to a maximum of 603V at 800mA peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W, this diode provides robust protection for general-purpose applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a low leakage current of 1µA at the stand-off voltage, a forward voltage drop of 1.5V, and a capacitance of 35pF at 1MHz.
