The BZW04-37 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diotec Semiconductor. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 36.8V, a breakdown voltage of 40.9V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 59.3V at a peak pulse current of 6.7A (10/1000µs waveform).
