The BZV55-B3V3,115 is a low-power voltage regulator diode from NXP Semiconductors, part of the BZV55 series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 3.3V with a ±2% tolerance, tested at a Zener current of 5mA. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 0.9V at 10mA and a maximum reverse leakage current of 5µA at 1V.
The diode offers a maximum differential resistance of 95Ω at 5mA and can handle non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation up to 40W under specified surge conditions.
