The BZT585B3V9T-7 is a surface mount precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 3.9V with a range of 2.85V to 4.01V at 5 mA and a tight ±2% tolerance. The device offers a maximum power dissipation of 350 mW and a maximum forward current of 200 mA. Forward voltage is 0.9V max at 10 mA and 1.1V max at 100 mA. Reverse leakage current is 3 µA max at 1 V.
The diode is housed in a small SOD-523 (SC-79) package, making it suitable for compact designs.
