The BZT52C7V5T-7 is a surface-mount Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the BZT52C2V0T-BZT52C36T series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 7.5V with a tolerance of ±6%, and is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 300mW.
The device features a maximum Zzt impedance of 15Ω, a maximum reverse leakage current of 1µA at 5V, and a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C, with a thermal resistance from junction to ambient of 417°C/W and from junction to case of 160°C/W.
Packaged in a small, low-profile SOD-523 (SC-79) leadless surface-mount package, this diode is designed for high power dissipation.
