The BZT52C6V2-7 is a surface mount Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, offering a nominal Zener voltage of 6.2V with ±6% tolerance. It is rated for maximum power dissipation of 500mW at a lead temperature of 75°C and 370mW at 25°C ambient. The device features a maximum Zener impedance of 10Ω and a reverse leakage current of 3µA at 4V reverse voltage. Typical forward voltage is 0.9V at 10mA.
Operating temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C, with thermal resistance of 338°C/W junction-to-ambient and 150°C/W junction-to-lead. The diode is housed in a SOD-123 surface mount package with matte tin termination finish.
