The BZT52C5V1T-7 is a surface mount Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 5.1V with a tolerance of ±6%. The device can dissipate up to 300mW of power. Its maximum impedance (Zzt) is 60Ω, and reverse leakage current is 2µA at 2V reverse voltage. Forward voltage is 900mV at 10mA.
