The BZT52C43-7-F is a 43V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the BZT52 family. It offers a nominal zener voltage of 43V with ±7% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 410mW. The device features a maximum impedance of 100Ω and a reverse leakage current of 100nA at 32V. Typical forward voltage is 0.9V at 10mA. The diode is housed in a surface mount SOD-123 package with matte tin finish over Alloy 42 leadframe and is marked with a cathode band. It is designed for general purpose voltage regulation and clamping applications.
