The BZT52C24T-7 is a 24V Zener diode designed for general purpose voltage regulation and protection circuits. With a nominal Zener voltage of 24V and a tolerance of ±6%, it provides reliable voltage clamping. The device can dissipate up to 300mW of power, making it suitable for low-power applications.
The diode features a forward voltage of 900 mV at 10 mA forward current and a low reverse leakage current of 100 nA typical at 16.8V reverse voltage. The maximum Zener impedance is 70 Ω. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.
