The BZT52C20-7-F is a 20V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the BZT52C series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 20V with ±6% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. The diode has a maximum impedance of 55Ω and a reverse leakage current of 100nA at 14V. Forward voltage is 900mV at 10mA. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
