BZT52C18T-7

The BZT52C18T-7 is a 18V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for voltage regulation and protection in low-power circuits. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 18V with ±6% tolerance, a maximum power dissipation of 300mW, and a typical impedance of 45Ω. The reverse leakage current is limited to 100nA at 12.6V, while the forward voltage drop is 900mV at 10mA. The device operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.

This diode is housed in a compact SOD-523 surface mount package with a low profile and flat lead design for high power dissipation.
