The BZT52C13LP-7 is a 13V Zener diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated in a compact 0402 (1006 Metric) surface mount package (X1-DFN1006-2). It is designed for voltage regulation and protection applications requiring a nominal zener voltage of 13V with ±6% tolerance.
This zener diode offers a maximum power dissipation of 250mW, a maximum impedance of 30Ω at the Zzt test condition, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 100nA at 8V. The forward voltage is 900mV maximum at a forward current of 10mA. The device operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.
