The BZT52C10S-7-F is a surface mount Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the BZT52C series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 10V with a tolerance of ±6% and a maximum power dissipation of 200mW.
This diode features a maximum Zener impedance of 20Ω at 5mA test current, a maximum reverse leakage current of 100nA at 7V, and a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA. It is designed for general purpose voltage regulation and protection applications.
