The BZT52C10-7 is a 10V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose voltage regulation and clamping applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 10V with a tolerance of ±6%, and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. The device features a maximum differential resistance (Zzt) of 20Ω and a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 200nA at 7V.
The diode is housed in a compact SOD-123 surface mount package with matte tin termination finish and cathode band polarity marking. It supports an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The part is totally lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for environmentally sensitive designs. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 338°C/W and junction to lead is 150°C/W.
This Zener diode is ideally suited for automated assembly processes and is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. It is available in tape and reel packaging for high-volume production.
