The PANJIT BZT52-C43 is a surface mount silicon Zener diode from the BZT52-C2V4~BZT52-C75 series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 43V with a tolerance of ±5%. The device is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 410mW when mounted on a standard FR-4 PCB with a 100cm² copper pad area.
