The BZT03C220-TAP is a Zener diode from Vishay Dale, part of the BZT03 series. It has a nominal zener voltage of 220V with a range of 200V to 240V. The device can dissipate up to 1.3W at 25°C ambient temperature, and up to 3.25W at lead temperature of 25°C with 10mm lead length. It features a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 500mA, and a reverse leakage current of 1µA at 160V.
The diode is housed in a SOD-57 axial leaded package, suitable for through-hole mounting. The junction temperature can reach up to 175°C, and it can handle non-repetitive peak surge power of 600W for 100µs. This component is ideal for voltage regulation and transient suppression circuits.
