The BZM55C3V9-TR is a small signal Zener diode from Vishay Dale, part of the BZM55 series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 3.9V with a tolerance range of 3.7V to 4.1V. The device is rated for a continuous power dissipation of 500mW when mounted on standard epoxy-glass hard tissue with a thermal resistance of 500 K/W junction-to-ambient. Test currents are specified at 5mA (IZT1) and 1mA (IZT2), with a maximum dynamic impedance of 600Ω at IZT1. Reverse leakage current is limited to 2µA at 1V reverse voltage.
