The BZG05C5V1TR is a 5.1V Zener diode from the BZG05C series by Vishay Dale. It is designed for voltage stabilization applications in surface mount designs. Key electrical characteristics include a nominal Zener voltage of 5.1V, a maximum power dissipation of 1.25W at 25°C ambient temperature, and a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 200mA forward current.
