The BZG04-200-M3-08 is a surface mount zener diode from Vishay, part of the BZG04-M series. It has a nominal zener voltage of 240V and a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 500mA. The device is rated for power dissipation of 1.25W when the thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is less than 100 K/W, and can handle up to 3W with RthJA<25 K/W.
