The BZG03C13TR is a 13V zener diode from Vishay Dale's BZG03C-Series, housed in a surface-mount DO-214AC (SMA) package. It features a nominal zener voltage of 13V (with min 12.4V and max 14.1V at a test current of 50 mA) and a dynamic resistance of typically 5Ω, max 10Ω.
