The BZD27C62P-E3-08 is a 62 V Zener diode from Vishay Dale's BZD27C series, designed for voltage regulation and protection in surface mount applications. It features a maximum power dissipation of 800 mW and a maximum impedance of 80 Ω at the Zener test current.
This unidirectional diode offers a low leakage current of 1 µA at 47 V and a forward voltage of 1.2 V at 200 mA. It is rated for a wide operating temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. The device is also specified for surge capability, with a non-repetitive peak surge power of 300 W (100 μs pulse) and 150 W (10/1000 μs waveform).
The DO-219AB (SMF) package is a low-profile, surface-mount package suitable for automated assembly. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited) per J-STD-020.
