The BZD27C43P-E3-08 is a Zener diode from Vishay's BZD27C series, designed for voltage regulation and protection in surface-mount applications. It features a nominal zener voltage of 43V and a maximum power dissipation of 800mW at 30°C ambient. The diode offers a maximum impedance of 45Ω and a low reverse leakage current of 1µA at 33V.
