The Vishay BZD27C22P-E3-08 is a 22V Zener diode from the BZD27C series, designed for voltage regulation and surge protection in surface-mount applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 22V with a maximum impedance of 15 ohms.
This diode can dissipate up to 800mW at an ambient temperature of 30°C and up to 2300mW when the lead temperature is held at 105°C. It also handles peak surge power of 300W (100 µs square pulse) and 150W (10/1000 µs waveform), making it suitable for transient voltage suppression.
