The BZD27C200P-E3-08 is a 200V Zener diode from Vishay's BZD27C series, designed for voltage regulation and transient suppression. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 200V with a maximum power dissipation of 800mW at 30°C ambient temperature (2300mW at lead temperature 105°C). The device features a typical forward voltage of 1.2V at 200mA and a low reverse leakage current of 1µA at 150V.
