The Vishay BZD27C16P-E3-08 is a unidirectional Zener diode from the BZD27C series, offering a nominal Zener voltage of 16V and a power dissipation of 800mW at 30°C ambient. It is designed for surface mount applications and housed in a compact DO-219AB (SMF) package.
