BZD27C13P-E3-08 is a unidirectional single Zener diode from Vishay's BZD27C series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 13 V and a maximum power dissipation of 800 mW at ambient conditions. The device is designed for surface mount applications in a DO-219AB (SMF) package.
