The BZD27C10P-E3-08 is a 10V unidirectional Zener diode from Vishay Semiconductors, part of the BZD27C series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 10V with a maximum power dissipation of 800mW (2300mW at lead temperature 105°C). The diode offers a low maximum impedance of 4Ω for stable voltage regulation. Reverse leakage current is 7µA at 7.5V reverse voltage, and forward voltage is 1.2V at 200mA. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge power of 300W for 100µs square pulse and 150W for 10/1000µs waveform. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. Thermal resistance is 30 K/W junction-to-lead and 180 K/W junction-to-ambient (mounted on epoxy-glass PCB with 3mm x 3mm Cu pads). The diode is housed in a surface mount DO-219AB (SMF) package, weighing 15mg. It is RoHS compliant (E3 suffix) and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020. This commercial grade component is not AEC-Q101 qualified; an AEC-Q101 qualified variant is available with HE3 suffix. Suitable for voltage regulation, overvoltage protection, and surge suppression in low-power circuits.
