The device offers a low forward voltage of 1.01V typical at 20A and 25°C, and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns maximum, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.

 

This rectifier is housed in a through-hole TO-220-3 package with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 3.0°C/W, enabling effective heat dissipation. It can handle nonrepetitive peak surge currents up to 100A and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant per the datasheet.
