The BYV27-200-TR is an ultra-fast avalanche sinterglass diode from Vishay Semiconductors. It features a controlled avalanche characteristic with a non-repetitive avalanche energy rating of 20 mJ. The diode is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200 V and an average forward current of 2 A. With a typical reverse recovery time of 25 ns, it is suitable for high-frequency rectification in switch mode power supplies.
The device is housed in a hermetically sealed SOD-57 axial lead package, with a weight of approximately 369 mg. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The through-hole mounting and axial leads allow for easy integration into circuit boards. The diode is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
