The BYT230Y-400 is a dual fast recovery rectifier diode array from STMicroelectronics, configured as a common cathode pair. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 30A per diode (60A total). The device exhibits a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 30A and 25°C, and a maximum forward voltage of 1.3V at 30A and 125°C. Reverse recovery time is typically 50ns at 25°C (under specified test conditions) and 75ns at 100°C, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
