The BYS10-35HE3/TR3 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 35V and an average rectified forward current of 1.5A. The device features a low forward voltage drop of 0.5V at 1A (25°C), which minimizes power losses and improves efficiency. Additionally, it offers a high peak forward surge current capability of 40A (8.3ms single half sine-wave), making it suitable for applications with surge conditions. The rectifier is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) package, suitable for automated surface-mount assembly. The matte tin plated leads ensure solderability per J-STD-002. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. Typical applications include DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits.
