The BYS10-35HE3_A/H is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor, part of the BYS10 series. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 35 V and an average forward rectified current of 1.5 A. The forward voltage is 0.5 V at 1 A, and it can handle a peak forward surge current of 40 A (8.3 ms half sine-wave).
This Schottky diode is designed for low power losses and high efficiency, making it suitable for low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. It includes a guardring for overvoltage protection and has very low switching losses.
The device is supplied in a DO-214AC (SMA) package with matte tin plated terminals. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with an MSL level 1 rating per J-STD-020. AEC-Q101 qualified variants are available. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
