The BYM10-400-E3/96 is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 1A. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V typical at 1A and a high surge current capability of 30A. It is housed in a surface-mount MELF (DO-213AB) package with matte tin plated leads and is RoHS compliant. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
