The BYM10-1000-E3/97 is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications. It features a Superectifier glass passivated junction structure for high reliability.
Key electrical ratings include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000V, an average forward current (IF(AV)) of 1A, and a forward voltage drop (VF) of 1.2V at 1A. The device can withstand a peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 30A and has a maximum reverse current (IR) of 10 µA at 25°C. It is classified as standard recovery with a reverse recovery time greater than 500 ns.
