The BY550-200 is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diotec Semiconductor's BY550 series. It is designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V, a maximum average rectified current (IFAV) of 5A at TA=50°C in single phase half wave operation, and a forward voltage of less than 1V at 5A and 25°C.
