The BY203-20STAP is a fast avalanche sinterglass diode from Vishay Dale, designed for high-voltage rectification and switching applications. It features a reverse repetitive peak voltage (VRRM) of 2000V and an average forward current rating of 250mA, with a maximum forward voltage of 2.4V at 200mA test current.
