The BUXD87T4 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for general purpose switching and amplification applications. It features a collector-emitter voltage rating of 450V and a continuous collector current of 500mA, with a power dissipation of 20W. The transistor offers a DC current gain (hFE) of 12 minimum at 40mA collector current and 5V VCE, and a transition frequency of 20MHz. The maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage is 1V at 200mA collector current and 20mA base current.
