BU4051BC

The BU4051BC is a monolithic CMOS 8-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer designed for general-purpose signal switching applications. It operates from a single or dual supply voltage spanning 3V to 18V, with a maximum on resistance of 160 Ohm (note: datasheet specifies 950 Ohm max). The device supports analog signal voltages from VEE to VDD, and control logic levels from VSS to VDD. It features low power consumption with a typical supply current of 300 nA (max 5 uA). Switching speeds are typical 550 ns turn-on and turn-off times. The multiplexer configuration is 8:1 single-ended, with one circuit per package.
